You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide acceptable identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or have had their legal rights restricted may not use the Platform.
Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the bm888 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these terms.
bm888 implements strict KYC procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming practices. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials. bm888 accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In cases where processing delays occur, funds will be credited within 24 hours. bm888 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), with requests submitted outside business hours processed the following business day.
First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification to ensure account security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Verification procedures typically complete within 24-48 hours.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual will be rejected and returned minus processing fees.
Bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by bm888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. If you experience a disconnection during active gameplay, your wagers and game state are preserved. Upon reconnection, you may resume the game from the point of disconnection. For live casino games, if disconnection occurs after a betting round has commenced, the game round will complete normally and results will be recorded in your account history.

The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. bm888 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Issues related to third-party game malfunctions should be directed to the game provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bm888's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees and completing all pending wagering requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users. In cases of account closure for terms violations, we reserve the right to forfeit any funds in your account.
All content on the bm888 Platform including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks are the exclusive property of bm888 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.
